IREP Head of Assets & Energy Management discusses building efficiency

This April our Global Head of Facilities Management, John Samuels, travelled to India to join our IREP teams in the country as well as to meet with our local clients and strengthen the relationship in the region. Accompanied by IREP’s Global Head of HR, Kasthuri M, John visited Gurgaon, Noida, Mumbai, Chennai, and Bangalore during his stay.

During the visit, we organised staff reward programs to show our appreciation to our amazing local staff and recognise them for their achievements. Each team member received a Recognition certificate for their hard work and dedication as well as a thank you gift.

IREP also arranged a staff training session in Bangalore for our Technical and Janitorial teams to boost their engagement and enhance their knowledge and skills in the sector. The participants found the session extremely helpful and enriching and everyone was grateful for the opportunity to learn new things while also bonding with their team. We are also thankful to our partners, Tour de Force, who helped us bring the training session to life and engaged with our team members to teach them new skills.

The week didn’t go without some client dinners where our colleagues had the opportunity to bond with our local clients and strengthen our relationships in the region.

IREP’s Head of FM, John Samuels, commented on his trip:

‘It was such a productive week where I not only got to meet with our local clients and build stronger relationships with them, but also had the opportunity to spend time with our Indian colleagues. I am looking forward to coming back to India. Thank you everyone for the warm welcome!’

At IREP India, we are looking to continue to build our presence and brand name in the market, forming connections with important stakeholders in the region. We aim to continue serving major corporations operating in the country and bringing the highest international standards and latest international knowledge. Ultimately, we want to take the FM sector in India to the next level.

As we continue our expansion in the region, we are naturally going to grow our team, creating opportunities for locals to join our global team and help us on our mission.
