Ian O’Connor MBA brings over a decade of invaluable expertise in driving sales and fostering lasting relationships. Ian’s passion for real estate is evident in his role, leading the brokerage division of the SIRE Group, an International Real Estate Partners (IREP) subsidiary dedicated to commercial real estate development.

Ian’s journey in real estate has been marked by significant achievements, showcasing his capabilities as an accomplished sales executive. Before joining the SIRE Group, Ian played a pivotal role as a partner in his family’s real estate development company, where he successfully spearheaded projects spanning industrial, office, and residential sectors.

Educationally, Ian holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Texas at Arlington. His business acumen was recognized when he secured developmental funding for his outstanding pitch in the annual UTA MBA Business Pitch Competition.

A proud Texas native, Ian O’Connor is a remarkable three-time 5A Texas High School State Football Champion, showcasing his dedication and winning spirit both in and out of the boardroom. His philosophy in the asset and energy management sector revolves around building enduring client relationships by consistently delivering value directly to the bottom line on a yearly basis.
