Prior to his tenure with the SIRE Group, he was a key partner at his family’s real estate development firm. There, he led multiple projects across industrial, office, and residential sectors, proving his adeptness in managing and expanding business ventures.

Ian’s educational background includes an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Texas at Arlington, where he notably clinched developmental funding through his compelling presentation at the annual UTA MBA Business Pitch Competition—a testament to his strategic insight and innovative thinking.
